As announced on November 11 during the OMC Great Gathering, in accordance with Article VII, Section 2 of its Bylaws, Campfire Collective will hold its Annual Meeting for the purpose of electing members to the Board of Directors and conducting other Association business on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time via Zoom.

We ask that each person who is planning to participate in the Annual Meeting RSVP individually, even if you are planning to zoom together using the same device, so that we may have an accurate count for the purposes of quorum.
