As we serve our communities, it’s important that we also nurture our well-being and prioritize wholeness for ourselves — so we are well-equipped to care for others. An integrated mental health solution can provide resources to help support your well-being.
With holistic, timely, and personalized support, an integrated mental health solution makes it easy to access the care you need — whether it’s for short-term challenges or longer-term guidance. Many solutions provide a set number of in-person and/or virtual therapy sessions at no cost to you and your covered dependents. Access to virtual coaching and 24/7 crisis support may also be available.
In addition, an integrated mental health solution may include resources such as:
- guidance for work/life needs
- training and education opportunities
- virtual group support
- help for managers with difficult workplace situations
Many employers include an integrated mental health solution with their medical coverage, making it readily available when needed. To learn more about your access to an integrated mental health solution, connect with your employer or benefit administrator.
