Our role as Christian camp and retreat leaders is to reach out to others who may not already attend our programs and/or use our facilities for retreats. How is your ministry reaching out to people of color? Whether it be summer participants, summer staff, or retreat groups, how has your camp or retreat center made connections? Have you built any bridges to help meet the needs of these communities? Please come to the call and be ready to share what has worked (and not worked) at your center.
