Job Description:
Camp Nawakwa, a ministry of The Lutheran Camping Corporation of Central PA (LCC), located in south central PA, seeks a camp director. The camp director will have operational impact on the mission of the camp and LCC by maintaining overall management responsibility at Nawakwa, giving daily leadership to programs and staff. Nawakwa operates year-round, offering summer camp and retreat ministry.
Candidates should possess experience in camp operations, strong leadership and communication skills, experience in program development, and a desire to provide outstanding hospitality and customer service.
