Job Description:
Ghost Ranch is currently looking for an experienced and visionary Director of Programs who understands and embodies the JEDI principles of Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, and the importance of these principles in program creation and implementation. The following is a brief overview of the position’s minimum qualifications, responsibilities, and key personal attributes necessary to qualify as a candidate. The Director of Programs designs, implements, and evaluates all Ghost Ranch sponsored programs and leads the mission and ministry of the ranch.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
-Master’s degree and five years of relevant program development experience.
-Five years in a leadership role with proven success with empowering a team.
-Solid working knowledge of different philosophical systems and religions; including basic principles, values, ethics, ways of thinking, customs, practices, and their impact on human culture.
