Job Description:
Bethelwoods is looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and passionate person to join our team as Program Director. The Program Director will have many responsibilities for our various camp offerings. These responsibilities will include programming, marketing, and general management of both the summer camp program and various year-round programs. The Program Director will also hire, train, and manage staff necessary to make these programs successful. Promoting church and community relations is also a very important part of this position. Candidates should be self-starting, have the ability to work and communicate with all types of people, and have experience with and be enthusiastic about camp ministry.
